Batery License

The Batery licence does not authorise operations in certain countries and regions. Access to the platform, including the website, mobile applications, and all associated services, is restricted in the following territories:

• United States of America – Regulatory ban; no licence coverage
• United Kingdom – Separate licensing requirement; regulator restrictions
• Netherlands – Regulatory ban; no licence coverage
• France – Regulatory ban; no licence coverage
• Australia – Regulatory ban under Interactive Gambling Act
• Spain – Regulator restrictions; separate licensing required
• Italy – Regulatory ban; no licence coverage
• Denmark – Regulator restrictions; separate licensing required
• Belgium – Regulatory ban; no licence coverage
• Portugal – Regulator restrictions; separate licensing required
• Cyprus – Regulator restrictions; no licence coverage
• Curaçao – Restrictions applicable under local regulation
• Iran – Regulatory ban; legal prohibition on gambling services
• North Korea – Regulatory ban; international sanctions and legal prohibition

Users located in these territories are not permitted to register, access, or use the Batery platform in any capacity.

Batery is not the owner of companies licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority and does not exercise any management or administrative control over them.

No financial interest, managerial involvement, or operational relationship exists between Batery and any other CGA-licensed entity. Batery has no capacity to influence the decisions, policies, or conduct of those companies. Accordingly, Batery bears no responsibility for the actions, omissions, or regulatory violations of any separately licensed company. Any legal claims or complaints relating to such companies must be directed to the relevant company or the competent regulatory authority.

A licence verification system is available to allow users to confirm the current status and authenticity of the Batery gaming licence at any time.

This is a digital status-check tool operated under the authority of the Curaçao Gaming Authority. All texts, images, logos, and materials forming part of the verification system are the exclusive property of the regulator and are protected under applicable copyright law. Commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution of this content by any third party is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use of the verification system or its materials may result in legal penalties under the applicable jurisdiction.

All trademarks, logos, and commercial identifiers displayed on the Batery website and applications are protected assets belonging to the licence holder or the relevant regulatory authority.

Ownership of these marks is established and protected under applicable intellectual property law. Protection extends beyond registered trademarks and domain names to encompass all brand-style elements, visual identifiers, and distinctive signs associated with the platform. Unauthorised use of any such identifiers is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal legal liability under applicable law.
